Postnatal Yoga Classes In The Nature

Breathe in the fresh air, move at your own pace, and let the nurturing power of nature hold space for your healing. Whether you're weeks, months, or even years into your postpartum journey, you are welcome here—with your baby or children.

These classes offer a gentle and supportive environment to reconnect with your body, release tension, and restore strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Whether you experienced a vaginal or cesarean birth, each class meets you exactly where you are, combining mindful movement, breathwork, and awareness to support your recovery.

Held in a peaceful outdoor setting, the sessions support pelvic health and core recovery, improve alignment, aid in healing diastasis, and help you regain strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Play Yoga For Kids in The Nature

Where nature becomes the perfect playground for young yogis!

For children aged 4 and up – parents/carers welcome to join!

Join us for a 30-minute playful yoga session in nature that sparks imagination, movement, and calm.

    What’s included:

  • Play-based yoga

  • Breathing & mindfulness

  • Fun games and nature-inspired activities

Please note: Parent/carer supervision is essential during the session.
