About my work

This space is dedicated to supporting women’s health and wellness.

I work with women of all ages—from those managing menstrual issues and fertility challenges to those navigating pelvic health concerns, pregnancy, postnatal recovery, and menopause. My approach is centered on personalized care, delivered in a safe and inclusive environment, and is designed to empower you to take control of your health and well-being.

Through tailored exercise programs and workshops, I provide nurturing support focused on purposeful movement—helping to improve function, relieve pain and discomfort, boost vitality, and enhance overall well-being, while strengthening the connection between you and your body.
