Study: HYT - women in manopause

In 1993, observing the excellent results obtained by my students,

I decided to do a research about the effect of Yoga therapy on the hormone levels and related symptoms: hot flushes, uro - genital dryness, emotional instability, insomnia, depression, migraine, tiredness, infertility, hair loss, etc.    

The results obtained by women who practiced were measured with blood tests of estradiol (before women started practicing HYT and repeated every 4 months during practice). The intensity of symptoms were evaluated in a questionnaire that were repeated every month.

Estradiol level increased average 154%.

100% of the students eliminated the symptoms or decreased their intensity to near zero, within a practice of 3 to 4 months, without medications.

Yoga increases serum estrogen levels in potmenopausal women

The participants exhibited an abnormal estrogen-level increase after 4 months of Hormone Yoga Therapy practice and showed QOL improvements.

Yoga decreases insomnia in postmenopausal women: a clinical trial
Research published at US National Library of Medicine.
This study shows that specific sequence - Hormone Yoga Therapy - might be effective in reducing insomnia and menopausal symptoms as well as improving quality of life in postmenopausal women with insomnia.

OVARIAN CYST and INFERTILITY

Name: F.U.L.Q

Age: 28 years

Symptoms:

  1. Acne

  2. Stress

  3. Polycystic ovary since 16 years old

  4. Menstruating with irregular intervals (several months without)

  5. She was trying to get pregnant for 5 years and was not successful. Both ovaries with volume under normal (ultrasonography). Left ovary with large number of microcysts (ultrasonography). Sometimes several months without menstruation.                  

Hormone Yoga Therapy Practice:

Month 1 – Started Hormone Yoga practice, 16 days a month

Month 2 – Estrogen level significantly increased, normal textures of ovaries, menstruating regularly

Month 7 – Became pregnant

Conclusion after 7 months of practice:

  1. Normal texture of ovaries

  2. Regular period

  3. Emotional balance

  4. Became pregnant and had a healthy baby

LOW HORMONE LEVELS, LOW LIBIDO

(Hormone level increase of 5220%)

Age: 38 years

Estrogen level - 5pg/mL

Progesterone - 0.8ng/mL

Symptoms:

  1. No libido

  2. Urogenital dryness

  3. Insomnia

  4. Irritability and anxiety

  5. Tiredness and discouragement

  6. Hair fall, brittle nails

 

Hormone Yoga Therapy Practice:

 

Month 1 – Started Hormone Yoga Therapy practice, 10 days a month Practiced relaxation and therapeutic Yoga Nidra 5 days a month

 

Month 3 – Estradiol level increased from 5pg/mL to 107 pg/mL (picograms per milliliter (pg/mL)

 

Symptoms after 3 month:

  1. Libido came back to normal

  2. Urogenital dryness: zero

  3. Anxiety and fatigue: zero

  4. Strong hair and nails

  5. Hair fall: zero

  6. Decreased the intensity of insomnia and irritability

 

Month 6 – Practiced Hormone Yoga 10 days a month, relaxation and therapeutic Yoga Nidra 5 days a month. Estrogen level: 261pg/mL, Progesterone:10.7ng/mL

 

Conclusion:
Even practicing less than recommended she achieved excellent results. Estrogen levels increased from 5pg/mL to 261pg/mL within 6 months – a 5220% increase! Progesterone levels increased from 0.8ng/mL to 10.7ng/mL within 6 months – an increase of 1338%!

Hormone level increase of 396%

Name: E.D.S.

Age: 66 years

Menopause at 51

Estrogen level: below 10pg/ml

Symptoms:

  1. Irritation and insomnia

  2. Urogenital dryness

  3. Low libido

Hormone Yoga Therapy Practice:

Month 1 – Started Hormone Yoga practice, 16 days a month

 

Month 4 – Estrogen level increased to 23pg/mL, Symptoms intensity descreased from 18 to 3

  1. Increased libido

  2. Complete disappearance of: irritability, insomnia and dry vagina

  3. Feeling full of vitality,happy mood

 

Month 10 – Continued with the practice, Symptoms zero

 

Age 67 – Same person (one year later)

Interrupted the practice of Hormone Yoga, estrogen level down to 14,2pg/mL – menopausal level, symptoms from intensity 3 to 10, hot flushes (not present before), irritability and insomnia, urogenital dryness

 

Month 14 – Resumed Hormone Yoga practice, 25 days a month, Estrogen level 30pg/mL, Symptoms zero:

  1. Hot flushes disappeared completely

  2. Urogenital dryness: zero

  3. Irritability: zero

  4. Insomnia: zero

  5. Strong and healthier hair

  6. Libido increased

  7. Good disposition, cheerful and full of vitality

 

Month 17 – Practiced Hormone Yoga 29 times a month

Estrogen level increased from 30pg/mL to 39.6pg/mL, Symptoms: zero

  1. Vitality increased

  2. Good disposition

 

Conclusion:

  • E.D.S. even at 66 years of age achieved excellent results.

  • With a practice of 14 days a month her estradiol level increased from 10pg/ml to 23pg/mL.

  • After stopping the practice, her estradiol level decreased to 14pg/mL.

  • Practicing 29 days a month she was able to increase her estradiol level from 14.2pg/mL to 39.6pg/mL.

  • Even at nearly 70 years old, E.D.S. increased her hormone level by 396% with intense practice.
